Return Policy (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us via the “Contact Us” page.
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are always welcome to contact us via “Contact Us” if you have any questions regarding returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal within the European Union
In addition to the above, if the product is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us via “Contact Us.”
Processing Time
Please note that we have a processing time after you place your order, usually around 1–2 business days. This is because we need time to pack and hand over the order to a distribution center. Delivery time is based on PostNord’s estimates and does not include the time it takes for us to prepare the package for shipping.
Delivery Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after the order is received and payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:
Sweden: 2–5 business days
Nordic countries: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order’s weight, size, and delivery address. During promotions, free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you.
Delays
We do our best to deliver on time, but external factors such as transportation issues, high demand, or public holidays may cause delays. In case of significant delays, we will contact you via email.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If the package is damaged upon delivery or has not arrived, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you with compensation or a return in accordance with our terms.
