Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns unless you have contacted us beforehand.
Please also note that we do not cover return shipping costs; therefore, return shipping is paid by the customer.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been approved, you can purchase the new item separately.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal within the EU

If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason, regardless of the above. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time before your bank or credit card company processes the refund and it appears in your account.

Refunds are made only via bank transfer, which means you will need to share your IBAN with us.
IBAN is not sensitive information—it is a number required by the sender to transfer money to the recipient and cannot be used to withdraw funds from an account.
